Studio Policies

Booking & Payment

All classes must be reserved in advance through our online booking system.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
Payment is required to confirm your spot in class.

We currently accept payment via Venmo or Zelle.
Payment details are included in your confirmation email and on the How to Pay page.

Bookings that are not paid within the specified time window may be released to the waitlist.

Class Size & Waitlists

Classes are intentionally kept small to provide a supportive learning environment
and personal attention for each student.

Each class has a limited number of spots available.
Once a class is full, additional students may join the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available, waitlisted students will be notified in the order they joined.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please notify us as soon as possible.

Because class sizes are limited, late cancellations or no-shows may prevent another
student from attending.

We appreciate timely communication so we can offer available spots to waitlisted students.

Studio Etiquette

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that students arrive on time,
wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement, and treat fellow dancers and the
instructor with respect.

Our studio is a welcoming, inclusive environment, and all students are expected to
contribute to a supportive and positive atmosphere.

Communication

Important updates, schedule changes, and class information will be communicated via email.

By booking a class, you may receive occasional emails related to your classes or studio updates.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
